Power Platform Technical Consultant (Power Apps Developer)
We are looking for a Mid-Level Power Apps Developer (3-4 years experience) to lead end-to-end development and directly manage relationships with our US-based clients. This is a technical-consulting role where your communication skills are just as important as your Power Fx formulas. You will lead requirement gathering sessions, propose architectural designs, demo your work directly to stakeholders, build high-performance Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automate complex workflows using Power Automate, and model relational data and security roles within Microsoft Dataverse.
Requirements:
- •3-4 years of dedicated Microsoft Power Platform development
- •Advanced mastery of Power Fx, responsive UI design, enterprise Power Automate flows, and Dataverse (custom connectors, PCF components, Power Apps vibe code experience, and Microsoft 365 Copilot in Model-Driven Apps are a huge plus)
- •Flawless English: exceptional verbal and written communication skills — comfortable leading meetings, presenting prototypes, and translating business needs into technical reality
- •Consultative mindset: act as an advisor, guiding clients toward efficient, out-of-the-box solutions before resorting to heavy customization
- •ALM savvy: solid understanding of managing solutions across Dev/Test/Prod environments
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Trainee QA Engineer (Fresher / Trained)
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Fresher QA Engineer who has formal training in software testing. We don't expect years of job experience, but we do expect you to know your stuff. You will design and execute manual and basic automated test cases, track defects with clear steps to reproduce, test applications across web, mobile, and browsers, and validate Power Apps and Power BI dashboards. If you are a proactive self-learner who has completed a QA certification/course and loves exploring the latest testing tools, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
- •Completed a recognized training program or certification in Software Testing (Manual & Automation)
- •Hands-on classroom/project knowledge of modern tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Postman, Git)
- •Proven ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, or languages independently
- •Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and basic SQL
- •Excellent analytical and communication skills to clearly explain technical bugs to developers
- •Good to have: a GitHub repository or portfolio of practice test cases, automation scripts, or bug reports
- •Good to have: basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
